So this holiday is now being celebrated all over the world pretty much.
Some celebrate it, and some dont- Majority of the people do.

Here in the west-
children and people dress up as ghosts, zombies, mummy's and scary stuff, and go around houses and say trick or treat- and peopple give candy to them. You come home with a bag full of candy. Some people have halloween party's everyone dresses up scary and goes to parties and have fun.
This is a made up holiday- you can google it- ull find more information how it was found =)
