I believe in it whole-heartedly. It makes for a much happier life.
On the other hand.....being too easy-going can also ensure that you go no-where at all.

Everyone needs a little optimism in them, but I tend to think of happy-go-lucky as 'ignorance is bliss'.

when you're happy, everything seem fine, so you'll feel lucky all the time, there is a positive feedback on your happiness that increases, and hence your luck too...it is a loop! but sometimes the bubble needs to get stung by some harsh realities!...in order NOT to be as high as if on drugs.........

Life is soo tricky ..so living the "happy go lucky" way, we get a chance to pull a trick on life.
