Happy Childhood Day

Ok fine I invented it :emmy:

Now do not deny you GSians you were ever children :@:

So i was just wondering how much all of us recall our childhood often and how much it cherishes. I just recalled a song that was one of those ones played on my birthday parties. And it cherished me. What childhood memories, or any, do you cherish in particular? The one mentioning which tickels your heart and make you still happy

Re: Happy Childhood Day

**my life living in my village until age 14 saw my best days/weeks/years. the only thing i missed during that period of time in my life was NOT attending any schools. i missed out on that and i didn't get to interact with other kids in a school setting. i started my schooling in grade 10 before which i never attended any school.

as elsewhere in India, the railways is a part of life and a way of life. we didn't have watches and usually guessed time by the passing of certain always-on-time trains. we used to go to our village railway station which was a social get-together point and we used to socialize there. we had did a lot of shaitaanii there...often trudging over even illegal acts like picking fights with the passengers on the train and often beating them up...i regret it now and hope Allah will forgive us. it was a childhood mob mentality.**
