You can do so if you are in Pakistan and Pakistani citizen...hell you can enjoy the celebrations for Aug 14th here in US as well, however, as a US Citizen I will enjoy the festivities.

i met this pathan from karachi refugee camps who'd landed in los angeles without proper papers working as a driver. he whined a lot about being a second class citizen for white masters. happy 4th, anil bhaiyya.
