How do you define happiness? What makes you happy?

A lovely, hassle-free day, music and good ol' desi chai make me happy. Simple pleasures really, but a good hair day is def. a plus

having cute tiny arguments with the spouse but in almost every way the two are opposites in a good way, what he’s weak in she’s strong in and vice versa so they alway pick each other up when either one “falls” in life. that would, i would think, bring ultimate happiness, of course along with respecting and caring for each other, never making the other feel cold and alone
he brings a smile to her face

I'm not a fussy person so I'm happy when my basic needs are met and thats only possible if I have some monies. That is what I was implying by the other thread.

Happiness is when you make someone feel good. They say good things about you.
You actions and your morals speak happiness in others eyes.
