I appreciate your thoughts . I am convinced but most the cases are pending due to negligence or poor capability and lake of will also .
Do you know , most of the cases belong to KPK and police and prosecution is 100 % provincial matter and PTI government of KPK as you know , it was or is Pro-Taliban . What do you think about role of the KPK government ?

So there was a zero registered case against Talibans and no Talibans in captivity in KPK before May of 2013?
