The only guys who really got hung were terrorists who tried targeting Musharraf or the general headquarters of the army.

I mean, do you people WANT the terrorists to get away and cause more destruction, more Peshawar school attacks? More suicide bombings? More feed to ISIS of unlimited self-bombers? More 911’s???
Frikkin saudi government beheads people at the drop of a hat, that’s ok, but we hang actual terrorists per our own Islamic law (death penalty for murderers and treasonous citizens), and that’s “unhumanitarian”??? Are the terrorists practicing any level of humanitarianism?
I just find it odd that there are forces working to keep these idiots alive, and to prevent their hangings, and I find it odd that Pakistani government hasn’t gone after more upper level terrorist goons under their custody.
Makes you wonder that Pakistan really did know OBL was in abottabad and was being protected.

Not executing terrorists because of pressure from west sounds like a bull crap. Why the west was only pressurizing Pakistan, and not India to halt executions? India did execute the culprit behind the Mumbai attack, right?
The halt was because the state is coward. Had this been dealt through military courts, these animals in our jails were long gone.

You meant Mr.Kasab? That lad ate up we tax payers money alot by having Mutton Biriyani in jail and by getting the best trial.He was lodged in a high security prison in Mumbai.Got a kind of star treatment.
India do not hang much criminals.I would really look forward to hanging of those culprits who raped and killed an innocent girl in a moving bus in Delhi in 2012.This would be real model for others.

I appreciate your thoughts . I am convinced but most the cases are pending due to negligence or poor capability and lake of will also .
Do you know , most of the cases belong to KPK and police and prosecution is 100 % provincial matter and PTI government of KPK as you know , it was or is Pro-Taliban . What do you think about role of the KPK government ?

So there was a zero registered case against Talibans and no Talibans in captivity in KPK before May of 2013?

Capital punishment is done even in the US - it's state dependent, and there are states that to this day carry out capital punishment. This is not a non-negotiable topic. There is plenty of active debate on capital punishment, and it's not like the entire world has abandoned it.
I personally have always advocated for it, in cases of murder especially or people who are repeat offenders of heinous crimes like rape and child molestation.
Some people just need to be put out of their misery so they stop inflicting it on others.
Saudi has stringent death penalties that go well beyond what the Quranic perscriptions are, and you can walk around in Makkah and Madina - I felt perfectly safe there. They leave their shops with gold and go to their prayers without worry, because even the thieves are scared to loot.

People will stop and think twice before they join terrorist movements if a MUSLIM country has death penalties assigned for terrorists. This gives people a real message that terrorism isn't an Islamic practice, and will not be tolerated.

No because GSP into the EU common market gives us billions of dollars of profit and income which we use to develop our country. Its a huge economic perk affecting the third largest economic entity in the world after the US and China. So it was basically do we get money and keep terrorists alive and now its been decided its not worth it.
