Cool dagger Maj. I really wouldn't know how to hang a dagger without seeing it first. Maybe try to put a pin with a string on the back and hang it to a short nail in the wall.
The only hanging dagger that I've seen were one that hand hanging hoops built into the scabbard.
What my dad does with his decorative arab dagger is just place it on the table in the centre of the room where we entertain guests. Most of my family who own arab daggers also just keep them on a table in public view as decorations.
