A thread about handbags.

1-What are your favorite handbag brands?
2-Do you always get designer handbag or any that would suit your needs?
3-How much would you spend on a handbag, max?
4-Where do you get most of your hand bags , direct at the designer store or online?
5-What are the 3 handbags that you want to buy in future?

I love handbags…so much in love with my MK handbag i recently bought. However, I am looking forward to get a new stylish bag, need suggestions.

  1. Chloe, Fendi, Tory Burch, ZARA, Alexander McQueen....
  2. I always eye designer bags but end up going for a Tory Burch, Jcrew or Zara because they are reasonable and practical (I don't treat my bags good and end up torturing them)
  3. Depends on what I want it for. I tend to not buy anything full price.
  4. I wait for Christmas sales.
  5. A Fendi Peekaboo maybe (Dying for a Chloe drew bag but can never justify spending on a IT bag). Eventually I'd probably end up buying a Tory Burch on sale at Nordstrom Rack.

I would love to buy a Chanel. I have Fendi, Prada and Chirstian Dior and Marc by Marc Jacobs! I like Tory Burch too, haven't bought anything by her yet. I have all kinds of handbags but tend to love designer ones. I don't buy Coach handbags though I do have Coach shoes.

I like ladies with Michael Kors handbags ;) I gifted a MK to my sister! She loves it! MK bags are the best! :p

I dont like those mainstream famous brands like gucci prada & louis vuitton anymore

Versace, givenchy, christian louboutin all the way!

What a great thread!! I love handbags :D

1) My absolute fav handbag brand is Louis Vuitton. I own 3 Louis Vuitton bags, 2 Louis Vuitton wallets, various bags by Coach, Michael Korrs, 1 Chanel and a Prada.

2) I love my designer bags and designer is always my first preference but if I see something vintage I will go for it.

3) I am a handbag addict so I can't say how much I would be willing to spend on a bag :p

4) I always buy direct from the stores- I am weary about spending so much that I wouldn't want to be duped with a fake.

5) Inshallah want to buy a Hermes Birkin bag in the future!!

Handbags, heels, and jewelry are my eye candy! (and curly bouncy hair :p) drools

  1. Current dreamy loves: Christian Dior, MK, Prada, and Versace and Hermes Birkin (just the rose one…sigh)
  2. Honestly, I go for any bag that suits my needs
  3. Currently, without a job I wouldn’t spend a penny :snooty:
  4. I’ve received bags as gifts, malls, outlets.

I’m currently a poor student so I cannot afford to own designer bags yet. Most of my handbags are from Zara… a few from Mango, Kurt Geiger, Topshop etc.

My wishlist includes Chanel, YSL Sac De Jour, Hermes Birkin or Kelly :wub:

I currently own 3 or 4 ...I havd 3 more on my list to buy and then I'll be sorted. My fav one these days is Victoria's Secret's leopard print tote....it's pretty cheap compared to designer ones but I love using it.

I use some of my VS totes as laundry hampers. And the clutches as makeup bags. Pretty handy after all. :woho:

I don't like handbags, purses or anything remotely like it, too much hassle imo. My sister gifted me a couple of handbags, few from nine west, one from river island and guess, hoping that i'l use them like normal girls do, but no siree, not me, they're rotting away in the closet somewhere. I like wallets though, mens wallet to be exact. Easy to carry and cheap (that is if you buy cheap brands) and toss them away once they get torn, or crumble to pieces, no regrets at all :D

All the answers are no, a big NO. Your man is going to be lucky, you will save his money. :p
A ruck sack bag should work for you? lol My colleague does not like handbags just like you, she uses rucksack bag to work everyday, kinda boring to me.

This was me when I was student, I used to get handbags from Tkmax, River island and New look. I still love bags from Tkmax. :hehe:

Not only bags I like each n everything from TKmax, they have some of really nice kitchen gadget.

as for bags now a days I really liked those small bags with long straps. And I have so many of them.
