Wt do i do for hands? They r nw rough and nails r nt longer and dirty. I do wash pots with scubber . And cut vege and fruits. Overall doing all kitchen work. Juice ready krna like carrot, pomegranate that makes nails more dirty.
Tell gud hand moisturizing lotion. Curently dove lotion.

Why don’t you use gloves to protect your hands, when you are working in the kitchen… That might help.

Use gloves when doing kitchen work (especially when washing dishes).

To heavily moisturize hands, when you go to bed at night, cover hands generously with Vaseline and wear gloves. BTW, this same method works great on feet too if they’re dry/rough.

I hv search in many stores hand gloves for kitchen work but couldnt find. They hv oven gloves of mnay prints and colours . Can sumeone show me the pic of gloves.

I can’t stand to wear gloves especially in the kitchen they slow me down in so many ways
Leave a jar of coconut oil nearby and apply it accordingly, it absorbs fast and you won’t feel your hands greasy afterwards

Dont want much longer. Just bit to make nails in shapes. They r lookng weird. And hv cutius around nails. That similar to gents hand. So rough.
