There is another reason why it does not appear to be an ISI work.

The attack happened in Karachi, which is a Talibanized city. (Just disregard our pathologically obsessed friend here who reads everything ‘Karachi’ as ‘MQM’).
Besides KP, it is Karachi where every ugly Taliban policy shows its face.

This is not the city very suitable for ISI to do such a dirty job. It would rather have chosen Rawalpindi or Lahore to do it. But it is a city ideal for organizations which thrive in lawlessness. Organizations like Taliban.

Here they can find one who attacked , dead or alive .
