So this herbal SAAFI thing…anybody used it?? does it clear up skin or any other benefits..like fixing ur digesting system n stuff?

I used it in my teenage years and yes, it did clear up my skin.
I should go back to it and see if it makes any other difference now.....

I heard a lot of good things about saafi since my childhood. Never tried, but my parents, grandparents were crazy about it. Not sure if it still maintains that effectiveness or no.
And just a headsup, its quite bitter as well if I remember correctly.

there was something i took in pakistan once...it was for iron, etc...ii wish i could remember the name cuz it realllly cleared up my skin!!!!! (it wasnt safi)

I couldn't drink it without having mouthwash ready to go....to get that icky after-taste away. Don't know if it made a difference cuz I didn't stick to it long enough, that's how bad it was.
***Plus, I've read that some of the ingredients in Safi can cause cancer.
There are less painful ways to clear up skin. Your derm could prescribe antibiotics...you can get laser done....you can even get a few sessions of microderm/chemical peel sessions. Use products (suited for your skin). Eat a healthy diet...reduce stress...take a multivitamin...get plenty of sleep...don't touch your face often, make sure the basics are in place, etc.

I tasted Saafi only once in my life ....it tasted awful ......extremely bitter !
I would rather survive with a less glowing skin and less efficient digestive system than to take Hamdard Ki Saafi

Nobody is stopping you from trying Saafi. Wise people also understand in the back of their minds that what worked for one person may not work for another :p. Anyhow, try it. I did....stuff is more than just bitter...it's gross! Hope it works for you though.

My mama used to give SAAFI to us when we were little, and until this day it gives me NIGHTMARES. Tastes HORRIBLE...
