Isreal has more money…hence more power to negociate against palestine…and hamas knows it…the only for them to get something now…is to weaken israel…and they know it too;)
afterwards they will be able to tackel the real water issue…but some urgent things are trying to get the power to negociate the right to water…it’s not easy:D
