Could I please have the recipes for besan, suji and anda :)

However here is the recipe for I found for Gajar Ka Halwa. Very very similar to Kadu Halwa.

Gajar Halva
A delicious carrot dessert
Ingredients
Carrots 900g (2 lb)
Full cream milk 2.2 litres (4 pints)
Cinnamon 1 cm (1/2 inch) stick
Butter 50g (2 oz)
Sugar 225g (8 oz)
Blanched almonds 50g (2 oz)
Cardamom seeds 3
Raisins 50g (2 oz)

Method
Grate the carrots.
Heat the milk, carrots and cinnamon together and boil for one minute.
Turn down the heat and simmer, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.
When the milk is reduced to less than a quarter, stir in the cardamoms and raisins.
Mix and stir until the mixture is quite dry.
Add the butter, stirring all the time and then the sugar.
Stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the mixture is a rich red colour.
Add the almonds and serve hot or cold.
