Yeah I fully agree with you. When I was a kid, I celebrated halloween till a certain age then I eventually grew out of it. Neither my parents made extra special efforts into dressing me up, throwing parties nor they forced me to stop with the tradition. The same patern could be seen with kids of my family today. I don’t think exchanging folks with full opposition to this practice with folks who are super invested in it, is really a good idea.
