Make a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, black pepper, maybe some fresh herbs.
Grill the halloumi slices in a griddle pan, serve on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
Consume immediately, otherwise it goes tough n rubbery.

I make a tomato salsa - just chopped tomatoes, mint, garlic, squeeze of lemon juice, drizzle of oil and seasoning. Grill the haloumi and eat with the salsa! Delicious!
