I need to know the per head costs of Banquet halls in Lahore. Please tell me so if any of you know or paste links to threads that may have information for:

  • Diwan-e-Khas
  • Liberty Castle
  • Mughal-e-azam
  • Zauj
  • Sapphire
  • Monsoon
  • Defence Club
  • Qasar-e-noor
  • Army mess - whats the process to book it?
  • Other halls?

  • Liberty Castle -- btw 1150-1200 and can go higher of course
  • Mughal-e-azam
  • Zauj -- 600 and up
  • Sapphire -- 850 and up
  • Monsoon
  • defence Club --ard 1100-1200 (they have a lot of sparate charges like for AC n generator etc...but if u do the math comes ard the above)
  • Army mess - whats the process to book it?
  • Other halls?

in 2008 mughleazam was around 650...but we had a lot of dishes...food was awsome

^ we asked abt it for the mendhi and i believe its ard 700-800 after adding drinks and stuff.

ohmyGod.. here in the US we're looking at spending about $100 a person.. thats 8200 rupees! I wish i was getting married in pakistan!

I live in the USA and can'tdream of spending $100 a person.

^hotels are easily $40-60 per person, another $20-30 for food, at least. then other costs like decor and media stuff. :(

You’re very, very lucky then. My masi’s son’s wedding was held in Dallas at the Hyatt Regency. There were 800 people at the walima, 500 guests for the nikah, 300 for the mehndi. And hotels like that start at $100 per person per event when you add the hall, food, flowers, linens, extra wait staff, lighting, sound & music system, & everything else in. And this was just for the younger son. The parents spent the money, but my masard tried very hard to convince the two boys to get married back home - their brides refused though :smack:

My cousin is getting married this year, and we are in Dallas as well…we’re looking into the Marriott at Shops at Legacy and it’s about $40/pp + food $20/pp after adding in decor & lighting/sound, we’ll probably end up around $65/pp…

Too late to book army mess I think. Because in late December I believe February was completely booked.

U can look into it. If you know anyone with membership have them book on your behalf and give them the money. Booking for membership people is less, perhaps around 45000. For non members, booking for garrison/services will be around 70K exclusive of food.

Prices for food 600-700 per person drinks included (depending on chicken or mutton menu 600 or 700)

I think your mentioned halls must be cheaper then PC , Garrison Gold Club and Royal Palm as they charge Rs.1500 to 2500 per head.
