lol first of all can someone define ‘‘hulkai phulki dishes’’ my brother and brother in law have been requesting me to start making some halki phulki dishes instead of oily and spicy food

i need some ideas, and some recipe wont hurt either

steamed veggies,steamed fish,baked fish or chicken,green salads.....yummmooo....

guys hate salads and steamed veggies...most of them anyway.
