Half breaths and Fatigue

Re: Half breaths and Fatigue

When you walk fast enough to raise your heartbeat a bit, you will be basically doing cardio. Cardio exercise literally means working your heart out & lungs as well. When you walk, dance, swim & your heart rate raises, it eventually gets stronger & that’s what builds up your stamina. As long as your heart is not doing 170 beats per minute or more you should be fine. Do ask a doctor just to make sure because everyone’s body is different. You should go up to at least 140 beats a minute & no there is no harm. You are in fact making it stronger by making it work a tad bit extra.

So even though you are not into dancing. Just by walking on a fast pace you can do cardio & increase your stamina.

For food, you have it right. All the things you mentioned are iron rich foods. I know that chicken liver has a lot of ion in it. In fruits: dates, water melons, kiwis, strawberries, Cherries, figs, pomegranate & raspberries can be a good source of iron.

If you are convinced that you are in fact anemic, get your self checked. Your doctor should be able to tell you what you can do to increase iron in your body. Just a heads up, if you do end up taking pills which is nothing wrong by the way, suddenly increasing iron in your body can you make you prone to being constipated ( I know tmi) but be prepared for that.
