okay so I have a carton of half and half that I got for a recipe…well i want to use it before it goes bad…any suggestions? (and no neither of us drinks coffee)..thanx

Actuallyu the half and half WAS for butter chicken...now i have it leftover...
chocolate ganace sounds good but my husband has banned me from baking and anything remotely related to making sweets. :(

Make this panna cotta
2 cups half and half
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
5 teaspoons gelation (unflavored ) dissolved in 6 Tb cold water
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
boil half and half + milk add sugar and make sure it is dissolved, now add vanilla and let it cool...add the gelatin mixture...chill and serve with fresh fruits..yummm

you can always freeze it and defrost it when you need to use it to make your famous butter chicken :). thats what i do!
or kheer, saveiyan, ras malai, gajrela, gajar ka halva, andey ka halva, milkshakes, custard!
