Re: HALEEM…
Once in a while OK. But with fat attached to haleem meat and butter?
Do not count on it being good enough to help you lose weight.
As a side note:
I have said before somewhere,
To lose weiight you need to remember… weight is related to amount of calories we put in our bodies as net balance.
Losing weight means either consume less calories or burn more calories.
So, when even a dumb/simple minded person knows it is easier to add calories in to body than trying to burn it afterward, by exercising, then
…why do people are hell bent on trying to ‘lose weight’ by exercising than simply eating less food? ![]()
The answer is, they love to eat and want to find ways to blame on so called ‘slow metabolism’ from not being able to lose weight. ![]()
Oh I am fat because of A, B C,… but I do not think I eat a lot! ![]()
If anyone wants to lose weight: then advise is:
Shut your mouth…literally!
Re: HALEEM....
Princess,
If you were to eat Haleem every single day, you'd be bored of it before you know it. Then you'd wanna go back to your old eating habits (this is usually the scenario with such diets). Also you have to have a few balanced meals throughout the day in order to lose weight rather than having one big one and hoping it'll take care of you for rest of the day.
So a better choice might be to eat the normal/regular foods that you enjoy eating and practice portion control. Eat everything that you like but in lesser amounts. You may not be able to do that in one day, so decrease the portions slowly. Also cut back on oil and sugars to reduce calories and start excercising.
There is no way you will NOT lose weight if you ate healthier and worked out.
