I need some help here. Tomorrow is mother’s day and I would like to make haleem for my mom in law. I’ve never made haleem before so this will be my first try. I have the meat and the Shan haleem mix. The reason why I’m asking for the recipe is because I somehow threw out the box and kept the mix packet and now I have no clue.. So any help before the end of the night would be appreciated.

2 Kgs (wheat) ghaihoon
1 KG chaney ke daal
6 Kg meat(boneless)
6 (kafgeer) khana pakaaney wala chammach lassan adrak ka paste
3 tbsp haldi
3 tbsp laal mirch
takreeban 1.3 Kg's grinded kachi onions
takreeban 1.3 grinded tomatoes
little of all teh saabit garam masaley(zera,bari elaichi,choti elaichi,loong,taiz patta,daarcheeni)
1 kilo finely sliced onions
* Method Take oil enough to fry 1 kg onions.In the oil first put all the garam masala & fry for a few minutes...then add the 1 kg sliced onion & fry until golden brown.uskey baad gosht daal ke bhoonain achi tarah phir ismay lassan adrak , laal mirch,haldi,grinded tomato,grinded onion aur 12 tsp namak daal dain. cover the lid tightly better if you put aluminium foil uper sey then lid cover karain. low heat pe cook kerain jub tuk gosht bilkul na gal jaye..gosht should be itna gala hua ke khud toot ke paste type banney lagey.this will take hours. ___________________________________________ In another vessel take water & put 8 tsp namak and 1 tsp haldi & 1 tsp mirchi aur wheat daalain & enough water ta ki wheat gul jaye poori tarah. this might take 3-4 hours depending on the wheat. ___________________________________________ chaney ke daal mai 4 tsp namak daalain aur us ko 4-5 min cooker maar dain & then grind it. ___________________________________________ Now after sub tayyar hai mix all the 3 things...ie. the wheat & chaney ke daal & ghosht & cook for 3-4 hours. finally uper se tarkey ke liye fry onion(in ghee) & aakhir mei tarka laga dain .tarkey ke waqt 3 tbsp pisa garam masala bhi daal dain.
