Hello friends.
I’m thinking to make haleem. I saw Shan and national masala mix. Does anyone try that? And for that meat should be boneless? I don’t know about this I’m making first time.

Re: Haleem mix masala
I’ve tried it and it’s good. Meat CAN be boneless but best is to use meat with bones in it. Just follow the instructions and you’re good to go. :k:
Re: Haleem mix masala
Do not buy the one which is grinded already, the best way to cook haleem is to cook it in slow cooker then you will have to do a little beating (ghotai) .
Re: Haleem mix masala
Ok thanks:)
Re: Haleem mix masala
Yes I used Shan and National both but I like National more and I use the grinded one. Key is to let it cook for more time. On packet they state usually only to cook be cooked in 30 mins but i keep it for 2 hrs and no one guesses its packet masala haleem
Re: Haleem mix masala
Shan Shahi Haleem mix rock!
Haleem mix masala
Shan Shahi Haleem Mix!
And I use boneless beef stew meat
Re: Haleem mix masala
another tip to make it effortless is that take half of the mixture and grind it in grinder (or use hand grinder). It will make ghoota easy.
