Haleem in a slow-cooker has been on my list for a long time. Done with Nihari and paya. Turned out well. Another one I want to try is Hyderabadi kacche gosht ki Biryani. Have to figure out the sealing part.

on side note, for the first time I made Kachey Gosht ki biryani. It was girls night out this weekend so begum got a surprise when she returned
