From personal experience.

Haleem from Shan Shahi Haleem Mix get ready to serve from scratch in 4 hours (or under) and tastes REALLY good. No need to cook overnight or 8/10 hours. I use blender for half of the mixture and ghotofy rest. It gives it the perfect texture with just 20-30 min of ghota.

PS: Shan has 2 haleem variety. Shahi Haleem and Jhat-pat haleem. Dont bother trying jhat-pat haleem unless you are dying to have it in 1 hour.
