got invited over this weekend to my cousin’s place..her husband makes haleem in moharram.. we made 300 pounds of haleem in this daig.. quite some effort of ghota
(it was REALLY nice haleem roughly 120peeps were present in different timings, plus was sent out to a lot of people that couldnt make it)
and for attia i noticed my cousin’s kitchen had frogs to hold the jhama, detergent and duster
evil: yar not only naan, mughlai naan with makhan chapaired on everyone of them, and aalu gosht ki ‘shab daig’ (as side, cuz we spent entire night in ghota and preparation for next day’s lunch) …(my triceps are hurting today)

yourfriend : do i even know u? khair.. mitti pao.. regarding jhaWaan and jhaMa, i think in our family its always been pronounced jhaMaa.. maybe its one of this matti/mitti shakar/cheeni thing.
