Does anyone know the benefits of haldi dood? my naani strictly told me to have that for some reason but i forgot to ask her why…she just said its good for me ;S

you can also use gram floor, and heldi as well as milk with mint leaves.
also banana peel is great for skin.

Haldi dood is for stomach pains, and when your stomach is upset ...basically when you need to pay about a million ..ok not milion but 15 - 20 times a day.... visits to the bathroom..lol oh also its used for constipation ..(hope i spelt it right) ... basically thas all ..
