Inspired by a blog entry..

My understanding is that Halalaa is a condition not a solution & Halalaa for the sole purpose of re-marrying the 1st husband is a sin.

Am I right or wrong? :chai:

That is Hawala , it is used to send money from mostly Middle East back home. There is no currency by the name Halala.

I have read in history.Some people used go gain some currency by performing Halala ,though .

Bismillah Ar-Rahmaan Ar-Raheem

The word 'halala' used in the first post refers to a man re-marrying his ex-wife after she was divorced by her second husband or her second husband died. The marriage to second husband and consequent divorce should not be with deliberate intention of divorcing her to make it halal for her first husband. None of party involved in this should have such intention because it is haram.
