Pakistani grocers sometimes stock these types of sweets, if that helps :)

you can halal marshmallows from anywhere actually. Just read the ingredients for what kind of gelatin it includes. Some have fruit/veg gelatin, some have fish tuna gelatin and some have non zabiha gelatin.
