So far as I know, weddings are one of the few occasions on which singing and music is allowed. Since it’s a women only function, singing songs on dholak should be fine.

You’re right in saying singing is allowed for women on weddings, but the only instrument allowed is a daff. It’s quite difficult finding songs that use only that lol and tbh I’d find it kinda cringeworthy if we’re all sat there singing

I was thinking more along the lines of stuff for them to do/look at so they’re not just sat there staring at me on the stage and eating lol I want something more
