Ok, let me ask you brother psyah, what is the ruling of animals catch through hunting? You shoot a dear, he runs away, you find him almost dead half a mile away, you take out your knife and do bismillah.
Same when your hunting dog catches the geese that you shot at and bring it back to you in his mouth.
What is the difference between that scenario and stunning the animal?

The animal is different and the specific ruling is for the specific case … General rulings apply where specifics have not been given … Game is specific and the method must be in scripture to be followed.

I believe things like halal income and sustenance are essential for making purer human beings … These have traditionally been very strictly followed also. If we use logic then slaughtering with an animal tooth is allowed since we have hunting animals, but it is not allowed.
