I have noticed that we people very easily give our opinions as this is Haraam and this Halaal without much thought or knowledge.
We shud restraint ourselves coz:
[Nahl 16:116] And do not say - the lie which your tongues speak - “This is lawful, and this is forbidden” in order to fabricate a lie against Allah; indeed those who fabricate lies against Allah will never prosper.
This is a very interesting aya, because (I think ) it implies he importance of intention.
If someone said "this is haraam" because they fully believed that it was haraam and were convinced, then this aya is not applicable. However, if they say "this is haraam" fully well knowing that it may not be, then the aya is applicable.

It is hard to figure out after the meat has been cooked and served to you. You only trust the people serving you the food. This is specially true if you eat outside a lot like me.
