Re: Hajj Selfie
can you even do social networking during Hajj? Shouldn't they be remembering Allah and asking for forgiveness?

yea idk. Its just a picture though so I don't want to make a big deal about it. Just my opinion because when my parents went for Umrah last year, they told me they started reading duas and tasbeeh once they were in their white robe/sheet since intention/niyat was made or something.
Re: Hajj Selfie
We'll be a better people if we took the good from others and ignored their points that confuse us ... Or engage in meaningful discussion to understand each other.
Hajj Selfie
Honestly I'vent been there so it may sound harsh but I just don't like people keeping their FB statuses updated every other min or taking/uploading a ton of pics during haj pilgrimage. It's just too much. Now I'm talking about general people so no judgement to the pic in OP
Re: Hajj Selfie
Is that junaid jamshed? Apparently the guy is known to tamper with naats before reciting them. Meaning he substitutes words that praise the Prophet SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam for words that praise Him less! If he or those he keeps company with (such as tj) think those naats contain shirk, they should come meet Ulema e Islam for understanding, or alternatively leave those naats.
With these people promoting themselves and the highly objectionable deobandi brand of wahabism, using tactics such as taqiyyah (not openly declaring their reform is a radd of traditional beliefs) to push through conversions to their brand - I really dislike looking at their faces
What makes it worse is that these peoples imams have spoken against Praise, Milad and remembrance of The Prophet SallAllahu Alaihi wa Ahlihi wa Sallam and have termed it as Shirk (as to begin a campaign of conversion to their 'reform') yet at least some of their ulema have accepted the very same praises and remembrances for themselves. This is self worship territory
Their following of Shariah, whilst promoting themselves as Shariah campaigners, is such that differences among their own ulema are ignored, i mean rulings which would render one or the other outside the fold or be from the people they campaign against - another hypocritical trait
I could go on forever talking about this darkest of encroachments
I don't like looking at their faces but let them rise, rise till they are openly facing the Believers, and then let they be a winner. SubhanAllah

@Pisiform Can you stop your judgement? Allah is the best judge so leave your concern and move on.
Re: Hajj Selfie
did I strike you emo nerve lol? Nobody is judging them and as I said taking pics is not too much of a big deal. Was just expressing my opinion on a forum.
