I usually wear suits or something formal, and need advice on what to do with my hair with such attire. I hate leaving it down because it’s past my waist, I normally tie it up in a clipper/gripper or in a ponytail but I feel myself reaching every few mins to re-do it because it doesn’t stay! It also gives a messy look IMO which Im not so happy about.
A neat bun, or a pulled-back pony tail with a section of hair overlapping the elastic band looks really nice with formal/office-wear.
Even a neat braid that can be wrapped into a bun..
a side part with a low polished/smooth pony. wrap a 1 inch piece of your hair around the rubber band and pin it, so that it looks like you tied your hair with a hair piece instead of a rubber band…

the sleek low pony, or a low neat bun at the nape of your neck, or pin your hair half up and leave the rest down, or headbands are really in these days, u could try a simple/basic one and see how u like it
