There is a tablet called "GENESIS". You can get it from any local pharmacy in Pakistan. Take one tablet daily. Its not very expensive either. One month supply (30 tablets) are of Rs 230.
I have been taking this tablet for the last 6 months and it has definitely stopped the hairfall. The doctor who prescribed me told that this tablet would only help to save your current hair. It is NOT some miracle medicine that will make new hair grow.

First of all, you need to see your GP to find out the root cause of your hairfall. Common problems include a hormonal imbalance, stress, iron deficiency etc.
Please don't try any medication without consulting a doctor, medicines that work for one may cause a severe reaction on another.

yeah am also concerned about pills..i dun think they can be taken just like that...and as far as my diet is concerned itz pretty normal..i eat alot .. i cant figure out the reason :(...but i fear ill end up losing all my front hair:'(

castor oil mixed with olive oil is the best and most effective treatment in my opinion and from prsonal experience. works wonders. just apply some on your scalp 3 times a week for a few hours before you shampoo.
multivitamin supplement is essential too.

my hair fall constantly for 10 years and i couldn't figure out why (actually i knew that my diet was bad i hardly eat anything) but nothing i did helped. i went to the doctor and she told me i have no protein intake and if i increase that my hair will be better. she told me to start on carnation instant breakfast, it's a flavored powder thing that u mix in milk and it have a lot of protein and stuff, it's sort of like multivitamin but instead of a tablet u are suppose to mix it in milk.
i have been drinking it since a year now and my hair fall has ALHAMDULILAH completely stopped.
so just go to a dermatologist and they will tell u the root cause of the hair fall. don't waste yoru money in oils and shampoos and other stuff, i have used them all and nothing works if u have a problem internally like i had.

Try applying yoghurt on your hair and leave it on for good 3-4 hours. Also try using baby shampoo for washing your hair.

Hm... yea definitely go see your doctor about this. It could be a simple solution that fixes your problem. If you don't get enough answers, go see a dermatologist.
So yea - please please get it checked out before trying any remedies on your own and spending money. Its better to figure out exactly what the cause is and then work towards the solution :)
A desi totka that my nani always tell anyone that is loosing hair (or us girls for prevention of hair loss... she gets freaked out when she sees us using flat irons and products in our hair. LOL) ... is to whip up an egg and massage that onto your scalp. It is basically 100% protein that you are nourishing your scalp with. Leave it on for a few hours and then shampoo it out. This is something that will not hurt for you to try (better than taking random supplements and medicine without consulting a doctor).
But still consult a physician!

Nourkrin - it's a supplement, not medication. A bit pricey, but within two weeks my hair stopped falling out. I took a 6 month course, and seriously, the hair fall stopped. You have to take it twice a day, and regularly for a long period of time. When you stop taking it, hair may start falling out again, so I then bought Nourkrin maintain, which also worked. It's been about 1 year and I'm off all the supplements. My hair still hasn't grown back to being thick like it used to be - I don't think your hair can ever be replaced when it falls out that bad (sorry) but at least it stopped falling.
Maybe with time it'll grow ghannay again - I'm still young :)
