Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
how do people feel about their spouses working in any of the professions mentioned by the OP, where one to one personal dealing is required with clients of opposite gender?
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
do i have an issue "NO"
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
Not fussed at allll about the female hairdresser or the female doctor but there is no way he'd be getting a massage from a female (unless I know her).. One of my best friends was telling me that when he was in Thailand the other day the woman giving him a massage just offered herself up for sex without him even implying anything..
I can give haircuts, makeovers.. he doesn’t need to go anywhere. ![]()
Doctors, nurses I don’t have an issue with.
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
i dont know what the big deal is.... marriage is meant to be about trust isnt it. i think some girls are very insecure who think like that, i mean if something is going to happen it can happen anywhere with anyone, u cant protect him from every female walking this earth...
watch out for the woman next door hehe
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
I prefer male hair dressers and doctors.
I believe that if unnecessary contact with na-mehram can be avoided, it should be avoided. I have lived in big cities like LA to small towns like Greenville and believe me I never had a problem finding male professionals
so its safe not to tell?
:D
i actually have no issue with it... maybe im wierd
Neither do I.

Being a doctor, nurse, or cutting hair shouldn't be an issue.
Though i wouldn't be happy if he were a masseuse. (b/c most people dont like to bring their work home. :()
Every next door female wont give him a massage ![]()
and come on…why to provide any such circumstance which would lead to anything…its not about trust or insecurity…its just that women are not comfortable with it…with doctors nurses its different…but massage is difficult…u have to agree!!!
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
Do i find it heart wrenching if my husband happens to have a female doctor, nurse, masseuse (masseur is a male massager btw ;)) or hairdresser?
No.
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
The massage is the only thing that would bother me.

Ditto.
not a big deal for me either.. I don't have a problem with it.
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
massage a big no.
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
i have no prob with him getting a massage from a professional female masseuese. In fact its a mission and a half to even try and convince him to go for couples massage with me....he doesnt like strangers touching him.
Me on the other hand i LOVE to be pampered...i wouldnt care if its a guy or girl giving me the massage...but he does not want me getting a massage from a male massuese...so I'll stick to female ones.
Re: hairdressers, masseuers, doctors.. etc
Best massage is at home....while watching the favorite show!
All those women who have 'no problem', don't wanna do it themselves! :)
