How often do guppans here wash their hair? How do you treat your hair? ( do you oil it etc)

3-4 times a weel. I deep condition once...
And so here's what I wanted to ask...what is the best way to deep condition your hair. A protein mask? Suggestions?

I wash every other day. I use to put oil 2-3 times a week but sometimes I just don't have time.
Products that I like for conditioning are
- Sugar scrub for hair and scalp
- leave in oil / conditioner treatments (whatever I can get my hands on)
- ne:vu leave in conditioner (really like this one - didn't weigh my hair down)

no it was not ulta brand. It was Bain de Terre Sugar & Fig Scalp Massage Scrub at HairCareChoices

It did remove build up and it made my hair super soft - smells nice.
Comes in 4 tubes but you don’t need to use too much. My box lasted me about 6 months.

Haven't used oil for years. Maybe I need to start soon.
I use Conditioner regularly. I use a hair mask every month or so.

I was my hair 1-2 times a week. And I put oil in my hair every 2 months. I have never used a hair mask before though....
I wash my hair every other day, and put oil every weekend. I use an avocado hair mask (when I have time) or Vo5 deep conditioning hair-treatment.

I dont wash my hair as often as the above guppies...I usually wash mine about 2-3 times a week coz too much washing strips natural oils and makes my hair dry. I try to keep u with oiling my hair once a week but sometimes I get laaazy!
I love using Brahmi hair powder before special occasions, it makes my hair so shiny! :)

i wash mine about 3 or 4 times a weekk and use coconut oil mixed with another oil...cant reemeber which one though..hmm..lol.
