I’m looking for some goood, upscale hair salons in New york city… i wanna get my hair highlighted and colored, and i need someone who understands english, doesn’t have a thick spiccy/chinky accent but doesnt’ charge $50 for a freakin haircut. So… any suggestions?

I go to dramtics i think the website is dramaticsnyc.com...

they are good and not super expensive..depending on if you request a stylist and what their charges are...

I go to Salon Kiara but will shift to Ink as my stylist has moved. :Pretty:

look out for days when apprentices cut hair in upscale salons.. u get a nice deal sometimes..
