Looking to get a simple wash, cut, and blowdry…any estimates of how much they’d cost and some decent places. I know of Square One and Haertland, that’s it.. :slight_smile:

Masci Hair Salon .... I love this place. Go there all the time. Since I get the whole works done, I can't tell you what their fee is for wash/cut. I don't think it would be more than $40 though.

It's on Hurontario and Eglinton in Mississauga. I will PM you the info. Yes, you will need an appointment or at least call before you go to see if they are free.

If you don't like that, you can got to Donatos in Square One. I don't think you would need an appointment there, but I am not sure.

I used to go to a very expensive salon but now I just go to the local shop near my house in Heartland called Nail Art.

The owner of that shop is amazing at cutting and styling....I swear by her now....

You will need to call for appointment and it will not cost you more than $35 for a decent wash/cut/blowdry.

^ I vaguely recall Nail art, is it in a small shopping center, near shoppers drug mart? :konfused: I went to them the day after teh wedding, on one side was the nail section, and the other side were the hairstylists and towards the back the pedicure chairs..

What about places to get waxing/threading done? Nthing too expensive, kinda on a budgethere..

Is it on or around Matheson/Mavis (i'm still not good with street names just yet) and there's a Popeye's in the plaza? if anybody has thier number..i'd be very happy ::)

I know this is not something I am expert of, but this is where I empty my pockets. You know what I mean. I am told that this is the most reasonable priced place for all the Cheer/Phaar you have mentioned above. Plus laser etc is the best and cheapest in town. The lady owner called Mauli is very friendly and knowledgable.

If you go to a gora place, you will pay hefty price for waxing. Try some indian salons. Nu-Look in brampton is great for threading and waxing and prices are very reasonable. It is at Mavis and Ray Lawson.

anybody know of any beauty salons in Mississauga or surrounding areas that offer facials, but use Shehnaz products (or alike) and are trained from back home...anybody familiar with Kashmir Beauty Salons? Puleeez let me know--

There is one, i think it's called Heena's Salon, it's on Ceremonial Drive..

There is Bhumika (http://bhumikas.com/) in mississauga area; according to their website they do Shahnaz facials.
