laser hair removal is just as painful. it feels like a rubber band snapping against your skin. :D

as far as the pain is concerned guys! dont let it deter you from getting it done. the pain subsides with each and every treatment because your skin gets used to it for one....the other reason because your hair follicles become weakened making it easier to pull the hair out from the root.

just take a painkiller 1-2 hrs before treatment if you can not handle the pain. for laser treatments they give you a numbing cream to use.

Does anyone watch The Family Guy?

^ I'm a hairy guy, and I would much rather shoot me in my foot before even considering waxing as an option. And shooting in the foot will hurt just once.

^^ well i waxed my chest and arms....i do it at the beginning of summer

it was painful as hell...but worth it... :)

i was thinking of just getting laser treatment and being hairless....

look at Shah Rukh Khan or any other bollywood star when they roam shirtless

they are totally hairless....and its not due to genetics...they got laser treatment or waxed....and desi girls go crazy over them....

so why not join the club? :)

have you done laser? they wont be able to handle that either not the first session at least :D

being hairless is a personal thing…if you like that look then yes laser is the way to go :k:

you have experienced the waxing bit so you know what to expect at least.

yes! as I mentioned above...laser feels like a rubber band is being snapped against your skin....doesnt make your skin feel like its burning tho.

you will get numbing creams for it and you can take pain relief meds 1-2 hrs before treatment.

also...if you cant handle it they will decrease the setting on the laser.

lol@ bollywood stars. I dont watch bollywood and I certainly dont find the actors to be good looking. :smiley:

well here is my opinion…I think a hairless guys are better then hairy ones.

same here…I have a high threshold for pain as well. However the first few snaps were a killer after that i got used to it.

most desi girls want guys to sweep them off their feet like bollywood stars…so to increase our chances…we have to kinda appear like them as well…

notice how shah rukh khan and aamir khan and hirtik roshan all bulked up and added muscle…every single desi guy is now hitting the gym and adding muscle

with shah rukh khan and aamir khan now hairless…thats another trend that has started… :slight_smile:
