hair rebonding

amanda...if u will find any salon in md..plz do tell me also

Phati I did notice more hair falling out but am not sure if it was entirely cos of the straightener. When your hair is curly it holds other hair in, with them dead straight the dead hair will fall right out, so not sure what the reason was but yes a lot of falling hair. Other than that no side-effect so far alhamdolillah.

amanda check ur pm

Ha dont worry I will.
:]

I saw the message.
Thanks so much =]]

.

I found one called Christinas Design Hair Salon its in Rockville
650 Hungerford Dr
Ste 200
Rockville, MD 20850 (301) 309-0609

I called and they said they do hair rebonding

the convo between me and the stylist [not complete]

me: "Hi do you do hair rebonding"
christina: "Yes we do."
me: "Oh okay thank you! Bye..."
christina: "Bye"

I felt so stupid lol not a very good convo and I forgot to ask how much it costs. So if you do call could you please ask that and tell me, cause Id feel really stupid calling back again...heheh....

Re: hair rebonding

OMG, i posted this on the Glowing Brides thread under weddings too BUT DONT rebond your hair if you have thin/ fine/weak hair!

I had curly hair and often people mistake curly hair for thick/heavy hair...well MAN was I wrong!! first of all, if your hair is REALLY curly, you often wont get the spikey-straight hair ...
and second of all, i lost so much hair, i got it done Summer of 07' and I lost hair then and I still lose hair now... I would say to date I have lost 20-25% of my hair... maybe results wary cuz my cousins got it and it was but I should have stuck to the iron rouitine...i regret it (tho at times it a blessing cuz you can walk out... and the roots..... they grow out and you have frizzy hair on top and straight on the bottom.... if you REALLY want to...iron it)

Re: hair rebonding

btw I got mine for $250, but I'm from Toronto, Canada shrug

hi
i called another salon in columbia who only do japanese hair straightning(this is better then rebonding).they told me that they will charge me from $400-600 depending upon hair.they also said that they will first test my hair to see its resistance to chemicals.n $25 for that which will be deducted later.

what do u think about this!!!

Sounds really good cause like alot of places the japanese straighting perm costs like 500-700 [like ny city and stuff] I heard of JSP before rebonding but for some reason I like rebonding better idk why, plus its cheaper, which is good for me lol.

But I think you should try the JPS since they said its better and thats a pretty darn good price.

Re: hair rebonding

has anybody heard side effects of jap straightning

I would like the info for this as well, if you don't mind. :)
