I’ve been using this oil for the longest time ever, and Alhamdulilah even after changing my hair color every week..sometimes within days of each other. Bleaching, back-combing, blow-drying.. my hair isn’t damaged and pretty thick.

I use it 2 times a week..

bcoz thier eefect is "garam"it nt gud too aplly more than once a week

olive oil and black seed oil are both garam
