Get a blood test done because there could be a problem with your iron levels or hormones. Go to amazon.com and in the search box type "seven star needle." Buy this if you can. Tap this seven star needle on areas of your scalp where there you have hair loss. Tap the scalp until it turns red and then apply ginger juice or oil. Some people have had hair growth with this method.
Take some methi seeds and place them in a glass of water for a few hours. Then apply the water to your scalp; it can help with reducing hair fall. Or take an empty bottle. Fill it with methi seeds about a quarter way. Then pour equal quantities of olive oil and mustard oil on top of the seeds. Let it steep for a day or two. Apply this oil to your scalp and shampoo after a couple of hours.
If you are living in Pakistan, look into the vitamin Surbex-Z. It contains niacin and higher quantity of zinc and vitamin B-complex. Check with doctor first.
Try drinking nabeez. Take about 2 tablespoons of manaqqa raisins (the big black raisins)...and soak them overnight in a container of warm water. They contain all the nutrients necessary for hair growth. Blend the raisins and water and drink in the morning on an empty stomach. This will detox your liver as well. You can a,so make nabeez from dates, but don't mix dates and raisins together.
Try eating a healthier diet; eliminate junk-food/sugar as it increases inflammation in the body.
Recite this ayat from the Quran "laa ilaha illah anta subhanaka inni kuntu minazz zalimeen" 300 times and blow on the oil. Do this each and every time you plan to apply oil to your hair.

The hair loss problem is known as the rising problem in youth as many youths face hair fall due to genetic issue but some faces hair loss due to usage of double standard quality shampoo. you can overcome this issue through natural and organic method.

try taking pure Biotin 10,000 mcg pills once a day with a meal. I had severe hair loss after 2 pregnancies and taking biotin prevented my hair fall.
