Re: Hair Loss.. please TIPS!

You want something instant? Sorry, but if you're hair appears weak...then you have to patient with any treatment you implement. If you exposed your hairs to weeks of daily abuse and perhaps other unhealthy habits....then it's unreasonable to expect things to get better quickly.

Iron deficiency is a common cause of hair loss in women. You can get a blood test to determine if you have any nutritional deficiencies or hormonal imbalances. Take a multivitamin that contains iron.

Don't brush your hair when it's wet. Use a wide-tooth comb as it helps to manage tangles easier. Lay off the hair spray, straightener, blow dryer, curler for a while.

Make sure that you're eating a healthy diet. Eat quality protein, leafy greens (spinach, etc), fruits and veggies (sweet potatoes are good for hair and skin).

A study showed that onion juice...because it contains sulphur helped to regrow hair in many of the participants in the experiment. Take an onion....grate it and squeeze the juice/paani out of it. Apply this juice to your scalp (not your hair) and wash it off about an hour or so later. Keep in mind that onion will leave behind a lingering smell. I couldn't handle it....but if you can...more power to you.

Re: Hair Loss.. please TIPS!

yeah I did, but they've mentioned tonics and shampoos and conditioners etc.... so confusing.. so i wanted to have suggestion from someone who experienced the remedy and can share!

If you do a search on gupshup then a lot of hair loss topics come up! But for some time I see coconut oil two hours before a shower 3/4 times a week and my hair appeared thicker and healthier.

And then i used this hair concoction my aunts told me and it also helped. It got rid of my dandruff that I got from nowhere. It's basically this:

Soak 2 tablespoon of method poser over night in a bowl with half a glass of water. Then the next day mix it to get the lumps out the way. Then add two spoons of oil. We added mustard oil. Add one spoon of yogurt and crack an egg into the mixture. Mix it and leave for like 10 minutes. And then put it of for minimum of 4 hours. It sounds like a lengthy process but my aunts that used it, MAshalla her hair is down to her waist and so thick and she's like 45 years old! It's worth a try though.
