Rihanna is definitely the icon of 2011…so many people started dying their hair after her first number came out with red hair.

I think JLo always looks like she got electrocuted. I understand wanting volume/flowy looking hair.. but it's a little too OTT for me. Anyways, I like Kim Kardashian's waves, but they're nothing special. Cheryl Cole has awesome taste in clothing/being a style icon.. but her hair isn't something to rave about.
Rihanna takes the cake. She is such an icon - bold/daring... she's awesome. I wish I could dye my hair red - but my dad would def. kill me haha.

Really? I've seen her do different hairstyles, sometimes its up, or down...but I think whats so special about it is that its long and thick and dark.. (not sure if its real tho)...it looks strong and healthy and with that kind of hair, you can do virtulaly anything with it...

^Kim Kardashian, in fact all of the sisters, wear extensions. I've seen videos of it. Anytime you see their hair in a bun, it's when they have their extensions out.

Or in a very 'thin looking' ponytail ^ but yeah all the kardashian sisters wear extensions! I wasn't talking about Kim k in my post though..i was talking about cheryl cole who also wears extensions. Thing i like about Rihanna is that she's always showing new hairstyles. Cheryl cole and Kate Middleton's styles are always the same which doesn't do it for me. I've always wanted to try a lot of Rihanna's hairstyles! Love her red hair! It's gorgeous! Ive seen a couple of people with her skin colouring pull it off though!

I actually quite like Cheryl's bouncy locks. Rihanna's hair is cool but it changes every 5 minutes for me to love it as much as cheryl's

Oh, I was telling it to Sara who said up there she wasn't sure whether the Kardashians long, thick and dark hair was natural or not. And I personally dont like Rihanna's hair one bit. Too flamboyant for my taste.

Yeah, I like Cheryl's hair as well.. She does experiment with it (reddish, blonde, cut short into a bob etc), tho obviously nowhere near as much as Rihanna..
Kate's hair is usually nice and glossy but apart from that I don't think her look is anything special or creative.. Am pretty sure she sometimes goes for extensions like most celebs as well..

I'm getting tired of Aishwarya's hair.....she needs a change. She needs to either cut it considerably shorter, or get a perm, or try out bangs....or heck even just dye it all black. But she defo needs a change...it'll freshen things up...lend a bit more youtfulness to her. I know on pinkvilla some people are putting out hairstyle suggestions.....but most are long...and i don't think that's a drastic change...considering most actresses have long hair anyways...so anything that still keeps that length without doing much to the front, the structure, or color...isn't much of a change.

^My hair looks like that but dark brown since I have curly hair. Which hairstyle of hers do you like in particular?
