I have got extremely dry hair so I apply mustard oil every once in a while and changed my shampoo to john frieda and it has made some difference. The issue is that my hair growth has either completely stopped or it’s bare minimum. I am trying to grow my hair to 3-4 inches longer in 6 months or so but at this rate I don’t think i will be able to achieve this. Can someone please suggest a treatment I can try for healthier longer hair.
