Do u have enough vitamin D, got your thyroid levels checked, doc? If all is in order try biotin tabs 5 mg, it won't work overnight but it's great. Try organic shampoo too, it's not harsh.

I still have a lot of hairfall but using dermorganic shampoo and upping my b vitamins with an extra tab of biotin helped. I hear eating methi helps.

Keep hair short. Use cold water, or mildly warm when wash hair

I've been debating getting the biotin supplements. My parents have been eating raw aloe, and are swearing by it.

Stuff is nasty. But I have to admit hair health has improved a lot between my parents.

Biotin is a vitamin take at least 5 mg daily.

I've got underactive thyroid and PCOS and I'm really losing my hair. I've black seed oil (cure for everything except death) with surahs prayed on it will help. Inshallah. Undergoing lots of tests at the same time. Inshallah, inshallah, inshallah I pray I find a solution soon. Will update here.

Hi I am a specialist in this field. Without being rude, black seed oil and prayers aren't a solution. With PCOS you will need to eat a low carb diet, protein with every meal, no processed grains only whole grains etc. As you need to stop hormone spike related to insulin resistance.

A B complex supplement may help but only if you are deficient. The same with Iron, Calcium and Vitamin D.

However exercise and eating a low carb diet will have the most benefit. Its all hormone related so topical cures won't help unless it is Rogaine. Also Nizoral has proven to reduce the effect of testosterone on hair so you could use that a couple of times a week.
