I started having severe hair loss out of nowhere and it was alarming and causing me stress…i was doing everything right just like you were. And i am lucky have very thick hair naturally so no one but me and my closed ones oculd really notice the difference. I went to the doctor who referred me to a dermatologist. I was diagnosed with something that NO ONE … not even MY DOCTOR or even my dad (who is a doctor also) or my aunt ( who is ALSO a doctor) knew what the hell it was. Only someone in the field of dermatology would have known what it is and properly diagnose me. I now get monthly scalp injections to stimulate the hair follicles. I still do everythign else… eat a good diet…oil my hair regularly…etc. And a combination of all this has shown a major improvement.

If you have long hair (mine was down to my waist) the dermatologist might tell you to cut it in order to give your scalp “rest”. So that is something else that I did…

And I also give myself a half hour head massage…to stimulate blood flow to the scalp. One can do this while watching tv or anything. Not a big deal. … i was told to do this by my dermatologist as well.

So go to the doctor and see what they have to say.
