I think Xtenso is gentler on the hair than rebonding is. Quite a few places in Karachi offer it, including Bina Khan and Hina Khan’s salon (close to Abdullah Shah Ghazi mazaar). I’m sure you can also get it done at Nina Lotia’s, Sabs and Nabila’s. The basic point of Xtenso is to remove frizz, not to permanently straighten hair, which is why it doesn’t damage the hair as much. Of course the effects are not permanent, and it depends on every individual’s hair texture to see how long it’ll last. Can’t think of anything else to tell you…

I haven't heard of soft rebonding, but I don't think it's the same as Xtenso... I could be wrong though...
