tried head n shoulders, selsun blue, neutrogena tar coal thingie (?), dermarest… sab bekar.. The only thing that worked for me was Nizoral.. and it is no where to be found these days

I would say that the neutrogena shampoo works really well, but you have to shampoo your hair every day (or every other day) until you use up all of the shampoo bottle.
Dry scalp is a big problem
